WHO: Dan Choi is a NYC-based architect, developer and professor. He graduated from the #1 ranked Cornell University's professional 5-yr architecture program. Dan also graduated from the masters program at Columbia University for real estate development, where he currently is an Adjunct Assistant Professor. He has forged strategic partnerships with licensed professionals in each of the required disciplines.

WHERE: Born & raised in NYC, and having only worked for the best in NY: SOM, Rem Koolhaas's OMA, Perkins + Will, Durst Organization and Douglaston Development.
WHY: Dan's in the unique position of understanding both the financial & creative, strategic & artful, hard & soft side of the business. He is driven by passion and the belief that building is a highly complex discipline that requires holistic-thinking and innovative problem-solving to create dynamic and enduring projects in the 21st century.
